Service and acceptance

TradeCrag is operated by Jelena Sergaciene as a sole trader. By using the private service, an authorised user agrees to these terms and the linked privacy, cookie and risk notices.

Authorised access

• Use only an account and workspace you are authorised to access.
• Keep sign-in access secure and report suspected unauthorised access.
• Do not probe, disrupt, reverse engineer or misuse the service or another person's data.

User data and responsibility

You remain responsible for the legality, accuracy and backup of information you submit or import. Do not upload material you do not have the right to use.

Trading decisions

TradeCrag is a journal and analytics tool. It does not provide personal investment advice, execute trades or guarantee any result. You are solely responsible for checking data and making trading decisions.

Availability and third parties

Private development features may change, be interrupted or be withdrawn. Third-party authentication, hosting, AI, email and broker-data services may be governed by their own terms and availability.

Intellectual property

TradeCrag software, design and branding remain the operator's property or are used under licence. These terms do not transfer ownership. Users retain rights in their own lawful content.

Liability and governing law

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights. Subject to those protections, TradeCrag is not responsible for trading losses or decisions based on user-entered, imported or analytical information. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to the user.
